Default what is beef boullion?

What exactly is this stuff made of?

Do you mean beef bouillon cubes or powder? Salt, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed soy protein, fat flavor (partially hydrogenated corn oil, flavoring), natural flavor (autolyzed yeast extract, salt, sugar, whey powder, lactic acid), caramel color, spice, silicon dioxide (anticaking agent), onion powder, dehydrated cooked beef, beef stock, disodium onosinate and disodium guanylate, autolyzed yeast extract, flavors.

Do you mean real beef bouillon? Beef stock made from bones, meat, onion, carrot, celery, herbs; clarified with egg white, egg shell, ground beef, vegetables.

I know which I prefer.
