Default Eggs

Can you make scrambled eggs or omelet with alone yolk in it? This because I don't may have white but I may have yolk.

Default Yolk omelet?

I don't know. Try adding milk, see if it works, but I still think you need the whites for texture and fluffiness.

Yes you can but it is very rich. I made some yolk only scrambled eggs once and I swear I could feel my arteries clogging.
