I'm stumped...
What is in IMO non-dairy substitute and is it Pareve as in making a kosher "sour cream" sauce for chicken?
Just starting to research this and having no luck finding any info about IMO at all.
Any ideas?
Thanks
April

Well that was an interesting search! Apparently it's a starch from China. Seeing that it is plant based I would think that it would be Pareve.
