 i do my frying in three stages: Flour (salted and peppered) => eggwash (eggs and buttermilk) => cornmeal or more flour (seasoned) if you want more of a KFC cruch you should repeat the flour and wash a second time. Fry in 350deg. oil to a temp of 165 (all chix in my state should be temped at 165)  |
