i wonder how they made the foam sauce and what is char-grilled ?

we need a prequil post to this one.

What were you watching or where were you eating that led to the question?

In my experience "char grill" means pretty much charcoal grilled. Over open flame.

Foam is something I haven't tried. It seems kind of faddy, but I assume that it uses a CO2 canister similar to making instant whipped cream only the emulsion/liquid they use is different. (some sort of sauce instead of heavy cream?)(could you imagine if they got them mixed up? )
