Default Is 21 ingredients for gyoza a little too much?

Okay, here's the ingredients. I love Asian cuisine but sometimes I tend to use too many ingredients. Do you think I really went off the wall with ingredients here? Or do you think it's fine the way it is? If not, what ingredients are probably not neccessary for these wontons? Any help appreciated.

Crispy Pork Gyoza with Asian Dipping Sauce

1 pork tenderloin, chopped
1 tablespoon of minced ginger
3 cloves of garlic, mashed
1 green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of chopped watercress
Juice of ½ a lime
½ teaspoon of crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Splash of soy sauce
Splash of Worchester sauce
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1 (12 ounce) package of square wonton wrappers
1 egg white, to brush
Vegetable oil, for deep-frying

Dipping Sauce:
¼ cup of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
Juice of ½ navel orange
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
½ teaspoon of crushed red pepper
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

P.S. I didn't put the instructions/cooking times, but I decided to ground the pork tenderloin in a food processor, put the filling evenly inside the wontons, brush them in egg wash, and fry them in hot oil with the asian dipping sauce on the side. Thank you!

Looks good to me.

While I tend to prefer simple recipes, as long as each ingredient adds a flavor or texture you want, it's okay to have. So it's not really how many ingredients there are, but what each contributes to the dish.

Thank you. I was mainly concerned that the recipe would be to expensive, but then I realized most of the ingredients I had in the fridge anyways. Still open to any other ideas!

That looks great! I do potstickers and some Asian dumplings and that is about the same amount of ingredients that I use. You will appreciate all those flavors when you eat them!

Thank you. I think it's better to have too many ingredients than not enough. And it fits my taste buds perfectly. Thanks guys! I'm writing this down!

Actually, I see two recipes rather than one with 21 ingredients. Both of them look pretty good to me, although I don't know what the Worcestershire sauce does for the complexity of flavors. After looking over what you have here I just might try this one myself. Tnx..............
