Anyone here follows Chef Ferran Adria molecular evolution type of cuisine, and wish to know more about his famous invention of Isi Whips for foam and siphons and what the term umani are?

Sorry, but I'm a little confused. Are you asking if anyone has any info on Adria's techniques or did you intend to offer a link to a published Q & A with him?
