Default What are your favorite dishes?

BBQ Ribs are one of my favorite foods. Sweet, Spicy, Tender, Juicy, Dripping with Sauce- It's my alltime favorite food. I can't think of any food that can match up to the taste of spicy, sweet, juicy, marinated, slow cooked, BBQ ribs. It's just truly unbelievable. I'm also a sucker for really good, homeade Chicken Parmigiana. With homeade tomato sauce, buffalo mozarella, over crispy, breaded, and fried Chicken breasts. If it's Thankgiving one of my all-time favorite things to make are a Lemon and Garlic Brined Turkey with a Cajun Rub, slow-roasted and basted with it's own juices, butter, and olive oil. As you can tell my favorite cuisine is American.
