| I've recently rejoined Weight Watchers and would like to try recipes from such magazines as Bon Appetit, but in order to figure out how many points each food has, I need to know the calories, fat and fiber for each recipe. Does anyone know of any source online to plug in the ingredients and servings and get this information? Thanks. Jennifercc |

| Fitday.com seems to be very popular.

| I bought a little program online for $10 that is called MasterCook. You put in the recipes and it gives you a nutritional analysis. Really cool. You can download it online and then you save 50% over what Amazon charges for the cd of the program. http://www.valusoft.com/products/mastercook.html |

| Living Cookbook does that too. I think Fitday is good- take a look and see if it has what you need.
