| I had a recipe for chicken meatballs...but I can't find it! They were so good. They had onion, garlic, fish sauce, and maybe an egg, maybe soy. Then they were rolled in sugar and baked. They were then served with a slice of cucumber, fresh mint, fresh basil all wrapped in lettuce with some dipping sauce. I believe I found this recipe in a cooking mag. I have looked through everything and checked online . Is anybody familiar with this recipe? |

| Looks to me as though you've already got a pretty good handle on the recipe. Only thing I can see that's missing would be the amounts of each ingredient. Go for it. Heck, if it doesn't work as well as you'd like you haven't lost anything but a little time and a few ingredients. Try: http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/j...-lettuce-wraps

| Thanks so much for the link to Food and Wine. That is EXACTLY the recipe I had. I think I must have left that mag. up North one weekend. Wow! I really appreciate it. |
