 Acorn Squash Does anyone have experience preparing baked acorn squash the night before? I will be running low on time for an upcoming dinner party and was hoping to cut down the squash time. Thanks  |

 Vargs, how are you planning to prepare it? Will you serve it in halves or mashed like potatoes? That would help us decide the answer.
