Clam Breading I just ordered some shucked full belly steamer clams from a company in Maine. I was craving some fried clams like I had in Boston a couple years ago. They were quite pricey, but much cheaper than Ipswich clams from Massachusetts.
Anybody from out that way have a good breading recipe to share before they get here Friday. I've found a few online, one that supposedly is from the famous Clam Box in Ipswich, however, on another forum nobody seemed to agree if it was correct.
I'm open to suggestions. Thanks.
