Here are the available ingredients:

Two small salmon fillets, frozen
1-lb frozen imitation crab
mayo
mustard (Dijon and Spicy Brown)
habanero ketchup
pickles
capers
assorted frozen veggies: spinach, corn, peas, edamame
1 package mung bean sprouts
three stalks of celery

I've a few ideas about what to prepare from that list, but what ideas do you have? I'd like to whip something up for a late lunch - early dinner tomorrow. I won't have much time for shopping, so if there are any ingredients needed they'd have to be very simple and easily available.
Lets add onions, scallions, and lemons to the mix - that's what I'd be getting anyway.

Seared Salmon Filets with a Spicy Brown Mustard and Capers reduction sauce
-would need to buy stock.

Served with Crab, Edamame, Celery and Mung Bean Sprout Salad dressed with Mayo and Habanero Ketchup dressing.

How's that sound?

I made a seafood salad, mixing the im-crab with mayo, dijon, capers, some juice from the capers, chopped celery, chopped pickles, scallions, lemon juice, and decorated with some very lightly poached pieces of salmon.

Added somes edamame to the ming beans, found a reasonably fresh carrot in the fridge, shredded it and added it to the beans, steamed them a little, added some lemon juice and seasoning.

Not very creative, and the mung bean salad was only so-so, but "acceptable."
