Lard - It's good for you?

Which brings up another question: What's Crisco - from their web site it appears to be nothing more than a highly processed vegetable oil.

I trying to stay well ahead of the curve. I'm preparing for the day that "they" say Bacon is actually good for you.


As for Lard, I really don't have a hard time finding it. Maybe try some ethnic stores near you???
