| A few years back when I was working in Greece they used caper leaves in their cooking. The leaves from the caper plant were soaked in a salty brine and they were very tasty. I have not been able to locate caper leaves since I have been back in the states. Does anyone know where I could find or locate a supplier for caper leaves? Thanks. ------------------ Best Regards, Nicko nicko@cheftalk.com |

| I have never heard of these Nicko, have you tried searching for them online? Another option might be to ask a local purveyor if they could special order some for you. ![]() |
