| if whiping cream turn sour.....still can be use???? as yogurt ,?? sour cream?? do i really need to throw that stufff?? |

| If it turned sour on its own toss it. You can whip homemade creme fraiche though if you wanted a soured whipped cream. |

| soured whipped cream is a reaction of the bacterias, they have won over time, refridgeration and proper hygene. Let it go. You don't want tummy trouble. Unless you have done this on purpose with proper Friendly bacterias. |
