Thank you so much for your help! I had a feeling that might be the answer, but was hoping there was some secret ingred. I could throw in and POOF--no more sweetness!

I will do as you suggest, and if it's still a little sweet, I'll just tell everyone it's a new recipe!

Have a great T-Day,
Jo.

Oh can someone please help. I've been up since 5:00 a.m. chopping, mincing fresh herbs, etc. Last year I made my own cornbread for the stuffing, but this year, I don't have much time, so I bought some. It is too sweet! Now the stuffing is all made, but it tastes like a dessert! PLEASE HELP!"

Jo (who's going to Tahiti next year during Thanksgiving (well, I can dream can't I))"

Oh Boy!!

Well I don't think you can remove the sugers, But, If you take your stuffing and cut it in half, wrap 1 half and freeze it. To the other half you will need to make a fresh batch of stuffing and marry the two together ,I know this is a pain in the *ss
but it will remove some sweetness and add some savoury flavor back to your stuffing. you probable want to use a bread stuffing to mixed with your other, unless you have time to prepare some fresh cornbread. When i say marry them toghether I mean crumble up both stuffings and blend them as one. I really hope this helps or you can find a solution
