Hello!

The key to reheating meats is to use very low heat throughout the reheating process! I've made too much prime rib at the holidays, and my FAVORITE reheat method is to gently simmer beer in a sauce pan, and then add the meat for just a few minutes. Gives it a wonderful taste, and helps retain moisture!

or

MICROWAVE: Place meat on a shallow plate, covere with plastic wrap, and allow 1-2 minutes per side.

STOVE TOP: Place meat in a covered heavy skillet. Use low heat and flip once.

OVEN: Place meat in a covered container using low heat.

Good luck!

Julie

Post Reheating Prime Rib.

I have purchased cooked prime rib steaks that are about 1-1/2" thick.

How can I reheat them with the least chance of overcooking them?
