| Jeshannon, Here's a Herbes de Provence recipe from "Le Garde Manger": 5 tbs. dried thyme 5 tbs. dried marjoram 3 tbs. dried savory 1 tbs. dried rosemary 1 tsp. dried sage 1 tsp. dried mint 1 tsp. fennel seeds Combine all ingredients. It also calls for 1 tsp. dried lavender flowers but you could leave it out. Note: Crushed bay leaves are sometimes included in this blend. ![]() [ March 30, 2001: Message edited by: Kimmie ]
