Is there a difference between heavy cream & manufacturing cream? I've tried to find a definition for manufacturing cream but have not found one yet.

Dear M Brown. I hate to seem ignorant but I am not familiar with "the what is...thread".
Please excuse my ignorance (or cluelessness, I'm tired and it's probably staring me right in the face).

topic or subject here on the web site. like this one is called "heavy cream and manufacturing cream" the subject I want you to see is called "what is ..."
this whole internet thingy brings new terms and it takes time to get used to it all.
