| I have this great old recipe for bread that I want to make. The recipe calls for a cup of gluten, which I have never seen in a recipe. Do you think that it means just mixture of high gluten flour? But flour is called for seperatly. I don't think that they could mean seitan, or could they? Any ideas? |

| You should be able to buy gluten anywhere flour and yeast are sold, even in the grocery store, check you local bakeries and natural food stores. |
