| My question is seems like a stupid 1. I have blocks of cream cheese in my fridge,on their label, the expiry date was almost 1 year ago. So,This aged cheese still can be use? |

| Hi, I'd be in deep trouble if this was found in my fridge by the Health Dept Inspector. I'm not a great supporter of expiry dates but in this case I would throw it away. Any dairy food could carry food poisoning elements. You don't want THAT. David.
