No comment Vegetables !

What does everyone do with veg in terms of A La Carte service? Do you serve veg plates of a mix of veg with the main or do some of you cook individual veg dishes to accompany the individual dishes (different veg for different mains or same veg for every main course) ??

Different for each entree, sometimes there is a repeat....it's not veg dujour it's what goes flavor/texture with the other food at the meal. Veg plates are usually a mix of what's fixed and an extra something to round it out.
