Post Rotisserie recipes need help

I just received one of those nifty electric Rotisseries as a gift, and I'm perplexed. Aside from the basics, chicken, ribs, lamb chops, blah blah blah, does anyone know where I can find some more unique and interesting recipes utilizing this wonderful appliance?

Ironically, Food and Wine asked one of New York's top chefs (I can't recall her name right now) what appliance in her kitchen she couldn't live without, and she quoted her electric rotisserie. And wouldn't you know it, not one recipe suggestion.

(And yes I've tried Barnes and Noble and Amazon, -George Forman's Grilling and Rotisserie doesn't count-only 2 rotisserie rib recipes)

Thanks in advance for your help.

Is it that Ronco one that is on TV, or something else? I have this huge heavy duty fancy Farberware one, that I've only used once in 10 years. I remember it being very hard to clean up. My mom used to use hers all the time, made the best cornish hens with lemon butter....I just tried a roast that one time. Let me know what you find out, and thanks for the apple martini recipe. Bon Appetit had the recipe this month and it was a bit different, might have to try vertical tastings.

Contact Farberware to request their instruction guide/manual for their horizontal rotisserie. As far as cleanup is concerned, I soak my Farberware in a sink of hot, soapy water for an hour or so. It facilitates cleanup - such a snap!
