Seafood is a good way to go. Marinade some orange roughy or swordfish in orange juice, basil, salt and pepper for 20 minutes and grill.

I like to have something sweet to balance the saltiness of the seafood. Since this is an elegant (although simple) dessert then you should have something elegant for a main course.

Sides: steamed asparagus, rice pilaf, quinoa with vegetables

Yawn

I'm thinking NY steak with grilled vegetables and new potatoes.

I prefer seafood when chocolate is the dessert, but if you cannot do seafood then how about a nice mesclun topped with Tarragon flavored sauteed chicken and a white wine reduction with fingerling potatoes and steamed asparagus with orange zest and very thin strips of marinated roasted red peppers.

Simple pureed carrot soup made with carrots, leeks, bouquet garni, chicken broth. Serve with bread or bruschetti.

Grilled quail on salad greens with orange sections (I like blood oranges for this) dressed with simple citrus vinaigrette or Markdchef's suggestion of quinoa and vegetables. Cous cous is good, too.

Your lovely dessert. I'd also offer some ameretti or biscotti with those because I like textural contrast.
