Post Looking for Info on any books.....

regarding Female Chefs in the industry. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it I need the info for a class project.Thanks!

If you want cookbooks by women chefs, there are lots. If you want reference materials, a good book to start with is "A woman's Place is in the Kitchen" by Ann Cooper (Van Nostrand Reinhold, New York, 1998). There's also a book that combines both recipes and profiles of chefs: it is Women of Taste by Beverly Russell (John Wiley, New York, 1997).
