| How do I make a flaky (not just crisp- I can do that) deep dish pizza crust like the Giordono Pizza place in Chicago? Appreciate any help. |

| Are they using Phyllo dough? That would make a wonderful flaky crust. Call the restaurant and ask them, you'd be suprised how willing some chefs are to tell you how they prepare the food. Good Luck.
