| Help! i need to cook goose thighs - i want to roast them in advance - how's the best way to reheat them- I'm using combisteamer. i'll be producing 350 portions to be served banquet style thank you... |

| duh, confit. I would change the way I was preparing them and serve them confit. That will eliminate any overcooking or drying out in the reheat. and YUMMMMMMY. [This message has been edited by carol wallack (edited September 05, 1999).] |
