| My wife had by far the best (meaning tender & delicious) lobster dinner at the Couples Resort in Ocho Rios it was served as lobster medallions in a light cream sauce and we have tried to duplicate, but haven't come close. We now ask for the recipe & kick ourselves for not getting that one as we are both seafood lovers. Any idea what would make it so tender & delicious? Thanks... |

| If you write bon apetit or gourmet mag, one have a column where they request recipes from restaurants per their reader's requests.... You may get the exact recipe... or call the restaurant and ask the chef. Imitation is the greatest form of flattery...(unless it's the restaurant down the street copying your menu!) |
