| could be misspelling of Kona as in coffee, coconut, cocoa bean ( abbr. ) or cocabutter. not listed in text or tech books on confectionary. Please post the source for this fudge formula. thanks |

| Here it is... 10# White Cap Coating 1 1/2# Co Nut 5# Peanut Butter Melt coating, add melted co nut, mix well. Pour into mixer. Add Peanut Butter. Beat with paddle until throughly mixed. | My best guess is if the formula is from the UK chances are it is a form of chocolate enhancing product. or it is a nut paste for flavoring. Oil or shortening, ie oleo. what is the source of this recipe? |
