one easter I made rabbit ravioli in carrot sauce .....we've got a sick sense of humor in my house.

Chevre with fresh lavosh....I like goo with my chevre, be it tapenade, tomato jam, pesto, macerated tomatoes, raspberry jam.....

Asparagus is in season so that's a given... if you're grillin' the lamb just throw the asparagus on the grill or blanched with aioli works real well for me.

Quail eggs are fun, so how about a spinach salad with lardons and quail eggs

New or "B" potatoes, I love them sliced and baked with oil s&P couple rosemary sprigs

Boned out leg of lamb grilled is wonderful....lemon, rosemary, garlic, olive oil, black pepper.

Good Bread/butter

Carrot Cake....or coconut cake.....or strawberry rhubarb shortcake

I've got 7 coming for dinner and not sure what I'm making.....possibly pulling the pork loin out of the freezer....dang freezer still has alot of peaches, cherries, black raspberries and rhubarb, it's gotta be eaten before the new season starts....hmmmmm

shroomgirl, the rabbit ravioli with carrot sauce is something I'd love to serve to my brother since I love making ravioli and serving something different whenever I cook for him. He's always trying to serve me wild game and I'd like to give it back to him, lol. Would you mind sharing that recipe with me? Did you mix it with spinach? Actually, it sounds pretty good to me.

I think I could figure it out, it will be funny to serve to my brother since he's always trying to pass off venison, squirrel, etc. in dishes and swearing there's no wild game involved. Actually, I like rabbit (make it the way my Italian grandfather made it in sugo) and actually like the idea of it in ravioli with a carrot sauce. Thanks for the idea.
