| Helo everyone. I have been asked to make some sweet mustard pickles made with chokos for a person with celiacs disease. Unfortunately my receipe calls for 1 cup of plain flour, which is a no-no in this case. Can anybody help me with this problem? |

| rice flour, millet flour, teff, tapioca starch, potato starch. i'm curious as to the recipe - why flour in a pickled item? kathee |

| Just omit the flour. Many other substitutes for stabelizers. Xantham, Rice Flour, cornstarch, etc. Post full recipe if you can. |
