| I am purchasing a convection/conventional oven combo. I know convection ovens are supposed to be great for some things and not so good for other things. I'm clueless about converting recipes for time and determining what they are best for. Help! |

| When converting the temp from conventional oven to convection oven you will want to turn it down about 50'. Let's say in a conventional oven you would bake at 450', then turn it down to 400' with the convection, then go from there. Your time in a convection oven will be shortened also. The moving hot air tends to speed up the cooking times and hasten browning. |
