| This is my new project this weekend, I'm just having a hard time deciding on a liaison to use with the lobster, besides your basic bread crumbs/eggs. Do you have any interesting suggestions? |

| i do believe that the problem with flank steak is that it is a braising peice of meat. If you could get away from the pinwheel idea, you could braise the steak, and garnish with quenelles of lobster mousse. |
