Question Recipe Conversions

Can anyone suggest an internet site which enables you to put in any kind of recipe and convert it to any amount desired? I used to use www.twinpeaks.com, but that site has closed. I work in a kitchen without standardized recipes and am trying to convert the recipes we currently use. Makes the job a lot easier when you're using a recipe which "serves 4-6" and you have to serve 275+.

I believe this might be one of your best bets:

Cuisine SE

A powerful but easy-to-use recipe database and meal-planning system. Its familiar recipe card#&150;style display and simple interface allow for quick entry and indexing of hundreds of recipes. You can easily group a series of recipes together into a single meal and adjust servings to account for any yield. The program prints shopping lists as well as individual recipes. Now Cuisine SE has the ability to retrieve and save Meal Master text files.
