Could someone recommend a good home smoker? Price doesn't matter too much, I just would like to get a good quality smoker.

What kind of smoking do you want to do? Hot smoking, cold smoking or both? Weber makes some good smokers. If you or a friend know how to weld make your own with a 50 gal steel drum. Im sure you can find instructions somewhere on the internet. Also there are very sophisticated smokers out there for professionals, check your local restaurant supply house for those.

I would like to find one where I can do both cold and hot smoking.
