| I want to give homemade crackers as part of a holiday gift, but they will have to be made a week ahead and the recipent couldn't eat that many that quickly anyway, especially at holiday time. So, how can I best preserve the crackers? I wondered about rolling them out and freezing the ready to bake crackers individually for him to bake later. I also wondered about freezing the baked crackers and then they could be thawed and crisped up in the oven for a few minutes. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks! Terra |

| I'm not sure if it would apply to your question but I re-crisp old, stale soda crackers my putting them on a ridged bacon cooking tray in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. |
