 Kale a good garnish or a bad smell ? Kale can make a salad bar look impressive , but when its used on hot plates it starts to smell like Yuk . I dont like the application but the last Company I worked for used it as the corporate standard . Whats your opinion on this smelly issue . thanks and keep cookin .  |
