Mad Holiday drinks?

So does anyone have any holiday drinks that they prepare at their restaurant? A couple of Christmas's ago I was making my usual nightly cappuccino and instead of steam milk I took some of the eggnog that we made for the customers and steamed that instead. I through a little cinnamon and nutmeg on top and had an eggnog cappuccino. It actually sold very well and it tasted great.

I suppose steaming the eggnog would finally allay any concerns among the raw yolk-phobics among your customers.

Oh I love eggnog lattes! One of the drinks we do at home are Kir Royales - very festive.

Creme de menthe is great after dinner. Plus the green one is the right colour for the season.
