New and fantastic buffet holiday menu ideas

I am a chef at a 4 diamond resort casino, here the demands for perfection and new concepts are a must. I have been writing the holiday menus for 11 years know, and well I am fresh out of ideas for this new year. Is thier anyone out there who can help a fellow chef out with some new ideas and concepts? I am doing Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years menus now , And could really use some help. Will help anyone any way I can in return.

Thank You very much for answering my add, I have been trying to connect with someone out there for months, already did Easter and Mothers Day, and barely made them on time. Like I said in my add, this is a $ diamond resort, we do mostly local buisness from a 150 to 200 mile radious. All holiday menus are upperscale Because we can charge a little extra for them, I`m not saying we do`nt want to make money, but breaking even or close is fine.As far as my email address, I have geosr55@hotmail.com or geosr_55@yahoo.com, or geosr@cyberhighway.com.
