Default definition of infused coconut~

I heard about making "Grilled Banana Splits" on the show Restaurant Makeover. However, I heard Chef Lynn say on TV that she makes it with infused coconut. I don't know what that is.

All one does is grill the bananas on the grill with the skin on for about 2 minutes each side. Serve it with ice cream on top along with macadamia nuts. But it does need something sweet to balance this out.

So I bet the coconut would be a nice addition. She didn't give the recipe but she was cooking the macadamia nuts with the coconut in a pan on the stove.

Anyone out there that can help me out? I love finding recipes to do on our outdoor grill.

Thanks a bunch!

I don't know about how specific you were being but what you can do is either one out of a few things is: 1. Make coconut ice cream by taking out some cream or milk and replacing with coconut milk or creme de coco
2. You can saute the bananas in coconut by dipping th coconuts in creme de coco (just to cover) the dip in coconut shreds
3. Marinade the coconut milk with the banana then grill until you get the marks
4. Roaste the mac nuts with the coconut (they both have natural oils that will release giving y0ou that sexy flavor you are looking for) in a pan or (preferably, if not in a hurry) in the oven
