| Does anyone here have any of her cookbooks? I saw reference to a recipe for grilled cheese with grated cheese, sour cream, dijon. It got rave reviews, but I'm wondering if it's complete. I'm going to try to run it as a lunch special with summer turkey soup, but want to make sure I've got all the ingredients. I'm making one now and have added black pepper and on half, I've put on some lime marinated red onions. We'll see.... Any ideas will be helpful. TIA |

| I put it on a sourdough artisan bread and it was great! The only thing I'd do differently is to NOT use the panini grill- too squishy. |
