We all need n-3 oils in our diet!
We can get organic "omega-3" eggs here. When I eat eggs, those are generally the ones I eat. And since I usually share a box of eggs with my cat - he loves the yolks and I use mostly the whites - he gets his dose of omega-3 a few times a week as well.
