This is a choice for breakfast at a resort in Baja California. I've never heard of "divorced eggs". How are they prepared?

It's a Mexican dish, two fried eggs separated by fried tortillas. I always thought of eggs as siblings, not husband and wife. Mexicans are more romantic than I am....
