| This article appeared in today's Washington Post: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...061900423.html It's interesting to note that Christopher Ranch, one of the largest producers of garlic in the US, has chosen to use Chinese garlic in it's products because it's cheaper. | Interesting - 75% comes from China. I buy the Christopher Ranch whole garlic bulbs but have never tried their sauces. I wonder what they use in the jars of chopped and minced garlic. I'm heading to the store and will check it out. I just figured all of their products were California garlic.
