Sounds very interesting to say the least Do you care to share a small sample ? I would pay shipping.

Is it the Mammoth? We like that a lot. My 10 year old daughter really likes it. When they had the 3400 lb. wheel at Sendiks, I told her to go down the aisle a ways and start screaming she wet her pants as a distraction, and I would get the wheel up and rolling out to the car when no one was looking.

She laughed so hard in the store I thought she was going to pee her pants. We bought a big chunk instead of trying to steal the whole thing.

Lots of good cheeses in that walk-in cooler at Sendiks.

Yup, that's it! Welcome to Sendik's of Brookfield, Inc. Excellent selection of cheeses and a knowledgeable cheese master, too. Never enough samples to my mind, though....

I'm on my third chunk of that cheddar. It's SOOO good! Every time I go into the store I fear it's all gone and I'll have to wait until next year. The picture of my mind of your daughter laughing in the store made me giggle!
