 spanish most famous foods Am a naw guy in spain and actually have no idea about spanish cooking.can someone suggest the menues that will be ideal in mardrid  |

| You might like to try this site: The Cook Book - soFeminine.co.uk The recipes seem pretty straightforward, typically Spanish and have pictures of the finished dish. Good Luck! DC

| I love Tortilla (Spanish omelette). Great warm or at room temperature. I use this recipe but saute some garlic and bell pepper before adding to the mix.
