Default How to add fiber to No Knead Bread?

I like making the No Knead Bread. I want to use white all purpose flour. I
don't care for wheat flour.
My question is, can I add something like fiber one cereal, or Fiber Sure to the dough to add more fiber to the bread?
Any ideas for how to do it? Do I need to increase the water or anything?
Thanks for your thoughts.

What is it about whole wheat flour you don;t like? It's got the bran of the wheat, and that's what those cereals have. Have you ever actually tried to make it with whole wheat flour? It comes very nice. If you don;t want it with that much fiber, then you can mix half and half.
Possibly you've had old whole wheat flour in the past, and it had gone bad. Real whole wheat flour has the germ, which is where most of the nutrients are, but if it's ground with a steel mill the germ will heat up and become rancid quickly. You'd have to keep it in the fridge and also check the expiration date. If you live in a hot place it would go rancid quicker. Try with some fresh stone-ground whole wheat flour if you can find it.
It will need more water, but just add enough so it looks like the same consistency as the white no knead bread.
