| I don't think so. I find tarragon overpowering. But I've seen it called for in a number of variations of eggs benedict. Phil |

| Uh yeah I think it does. Of course it's a matter of taste. Eggs topped with eggs and butter, oh yeah of course.

| Here's a good one for you guys to do for brunch. Scrambled eggs mousseline. Scramble them nice and soft though. Better than hollandaise and all its derivatives.

| I've slowly moved towards liking a sharp, fresh contrast to eggs and in my opinion fresh herbs do the trick. So yes, I think bearnaise sauce and eggs go together. |
