Default 100 folds in your hat? Prove yourself worthy!

OK friends. There are 100 folds in a chef's hat. They're supposed to symbolize the 100 ways to prepare eggs and I don't mean poached, fried, over easy, or boiled! So can we collectively name 100 classic egg dishes?

I'll start..

Eggs Benedict.

Do egg noodles qualify? I know how to make them from eggs and semolina. And then at least 100 recipes for them.
